When the ship crashes into Kerbin with the map screen open, Kerbin will explode and you will be on an escape velocity out of the solar system. It is a fairly small glitch that attacks when you are time-warping toward Kerbin and you enter the map screen. The Kerbin Kraken is a bug found in 0.25 to 1.0 or earlier than 0.25. Similarly to the Censor Kraken, the tech tree is corrupted. While the game is filled with fire particles, the screen also turns white and has a corrupted HUD. The screen gets filled with fire particles, and the game crashes and deletes all vehicles, excluding EVA's and Flags. This kraken is extremely rare, happening when loading quicksaves. It also has a chance to freeze your game. This glitch has occured with the author of this section, Ragonoid, multiple times. It launches a rocket at high speeds, creating a warped engine sound and an extremely powerful wobbling effect. This kraken rarely occurs when a rocket reaches 6000 meters up in Kerbin's atmosphere. They may go blasting off at an astonishing speed, easily beating the speed of light. This kraken occurs after a Kerbal leaves a ship after a very high speed time warp. This kraken would happen rarely when exiting the Map or IVA screens. The kraken would destroy your ship by moving pieces apart. 3 Newly discovered krakens/Super rare krakensĪlthough this kraken has been removed by an update, this kraken is one of the more well known krakens. If you do get the base game and to try the dlc, feel free the DM me, I have them all and frequently teach people new to the game. I'd recommend getting the base game on sale and trying the dlc through multiplayer, that way you aren't out to much money I'd you find you don't like it. The community can also get very toxic for no reason, it's a paradox game after all. The other problem is that they constantly update and change the games core mechanics, in my experience the changes are always a step up, but you do need to constantly relearn how to play and rebuild your races. It's a long ass game, one game can be as long as 20 hours. I highly recommend the game, it's great and takes ques from every great sci-fi show (like startrek an and implements them into a game very well.īUT most the really cool content is locked behind dlc, however for multiplayer only one of you needs to have it for everyone to use it. In addition there is a mid and an end game crisis, which tens to cause any stalemate to break and alliances to form/shift. Last I played you could win by having most races in the Galaxy in your federation, be the only empire left, colonize a majority of habitable planets, or run out a timer and win based off score. You have a lot of customizations including government and type of race, most of which offer different play styles) that just discovered FTL and from there you explore, research, design ships(more of a loadout customization), make fleets with your custom ships, and build an empire (how you build it is up to you, any style can be successful if you know how to play it). Personally Stellaris is a lot of fun and if you enjoy other paradox grand strategy games, or want something that combines an RTS with Civ, you will probably enjoy it.īreif description: You start out as a species (there's a bunch of pre built or you can make your own.
